The HF08X is a new wax harder than the old LF10. A bit harder wax that works better in this regard and makes the wax more durable than before. This is a good base preparation wax, but it is also excellent as training wax.
For the race, it is recommended to use a fluoride wax in this temperature range, but with a powder on top, such as the FC10X.
The LFX waxes by SWIX are fluorinated hydrocarbon waxes with a lower percentage of fluorocarbons at low melting point. They are used as training waxes or as race waxes with Cera F as final layer, or again by themselves with race waxes at very low temperatures.
The temperature and colour scales of the LFX waxes coincide with the HFX category.
The LF08X is a new wax, which has been made harder than the previous LF10. In this area, slightly harder waxes are more durable. It is also an excellent basic preparation wax, but equally excellent as training wax. For racing, it is recommended to use a fluorated wax in this temperature range, with a layer of powder such as FC10X over it. LFX waxes by SWIX are made of fluorated hydrocarbon with a low percentage of fluorocarbon and with a low fusion point. They are used as training wax or racing wax with Cera F as a final layer, or alone as racing waxes for very low temperatures. Temperature and color scales of LFX waxes correspond to those of the HFX category.
