Providing extra protection to the sides and rear, while maintaining a low-volume profile and optimum levels of comfort for long days, the CAPITAN E HELMET from Black Diamond is a high-resistance helmet with great versatility.

This model features a bi-block DuraPET and recycled shell, an EPP foam and an EPS foam cap, all of which meet the UIAA's requirements for side and rear protection. It addsaeration holes to allowgreat breathability and ventilationwhen exertion intensifies or the sun heats up. Thereduced-volume suspension systemensures aprecise and rapid adjustment.

Finally, there are built-in hooks for attaching a headlamp and holding the elasticated headband at the back for safe lighting in any situation.
