The RANDO from Beal is a rope designed for use in high alpine and glacier climbing.
Offered here in a length of 20m, it has a diameter of 8mm and weighs only 37 grams per metre.
With its very small volume, it doesn't take up much room in the bag, but it holds up well! Its properties ensure the safety of sportsmen and women on snow and steep slopes, on foot or on skis. It has markings every 12 m to make roping up easier.
In single use, climbing and mountaineering are strictly forbidden. These two activities are nevertheless possible if the RANDO rope is used with two twin strands.
