Specially designed forwarming up and training the climber indoors and outdoors, this accessory reduces the risk of injury when used for warming up and is particularly suitable for strengthening the passive and active structures of the fingers, arms and back during traction and suspension exercises. Particularly versatile, it has two modes of inclination and six different types of grip easily identifiable by the engraving of the depths (10mm, 15mm, 20mm, 25mm, 30mm + tray).
