This compass has a traditional baseplate commonly used by hikers, climbers, backpackers and hunters. Its global needle makes it versatile and usable anywhere in the world. The curved back plate allows for a perfect fit in the hand, while the two scale distance lanyard (1:25 and 1:50) makes it easy to measure distance on a map, especially since it is flexible and foldable. This compass has a DryFlex grip for easy handling. Its needle is made of the finest stainless steel with high quality magnetic features, while the red/black north-south lines in the bottom of the capsule ensure a reliable and efficient installation.

Navigation is further facilitated by the distinct arrow and scales/markings in a clear contemporary font, but also by the transparent plate with luminous markings visible at night.
