Perfect fortechnical mountaineering and ice climbing, the PETZL VOLTA GUIDE 9 MM is an ultra-lightweight multi-purpose rope with excellent moisture resistance.
Its thin 9mm diameter allows for the extreme lightness and compactness needed for ultimate performance on the crag, while the flexibility and hydrophobic treatment of this rope are perfectly suited to mountaineering. In fact, the UIAA Dry Guide treatment gives it excellent wet strength, particularly suited to daily use in extreme conditions. It is also easy to handle thanks to its grip.
Its 60 meter length is suitable for long routes in cliffs.

- ClimbReady Coiling: specific coiling to make the rope ready to use. It eliminates the need for the user to unfold the rope incorrectly and increases the length of the rope.
- UIAA Dry Guide Treatment: complete hydrophobic treatment to keep the rope dry in all conditions, day after day. Meets the requirements of the UIAA Water repellent test (water absorption less than 2%)
- Enhanced durability with UIAA Dry Guide treatment
- UltraSonic Finish: The wire and sheath are bonded at the ends with an ultrasonic finish called UltraSonic Finish. Allows for greater durability and quicker rope tip breakage
