Specially designed to improve the grip of an ice axe without a handle, Petzl 's TRIGREST is a removable support wedge for classic and technical mountaineering ice axes.
Positioned on the shaft, it can be adjusted in height quickly and without tools, while its storage at the top allows the ice axe to be used in the walking position without the need for tools. Made of polyamide and steel, this support wedge significantly improves the grip on difficult passages.
This model is compatible with 6 models of Petzl ice axes.
