Specially designed for open-air enthusiasts, Nitro 's VERTICAL is a lightweight , high-performance splitboard binding for both uphill and downhill riding.
The VERTICAL features innovative technology, including a rigid Recline spoiler for a flexible, comfortable and highly responsive binding, and a Tesla T1 machined-aluminum baseplate that's comfortable to ride in all conditions. Specific to this binding, it features an 11° negative inclination for a natural, effortless walking motion when climbing, and several forward inclination settings for descending.
With a multitude of technologies for safety, dynamism and comfort, this binding will accompany you on your next winter outing.

- Spoiler: Recline: rigid, flexible, comfortable and highly responsive. Specifically, it offers a negative 11° tilt for effortless, obstacle-free climbing, and several forward tilt settings for descending.

- Straps: bergrip Toe Strap With Vibram: convertible toe strap concept with Vibram's X strek / Ecostep sticky rubber. The strap adapts to the shape of the toe area of all boots, while the rubber holds the strap in place, no matter how hard you pit your landing, wet or frozen.
- Cushioning: made of Eva, it reduces overall weight and offers optimum cushioning to limit shocks and vibrations
