The RECON 100 BOA ski boot from K2 possède so many innovations that we’re not sure where to start.
The foot is tightened using the BOA system. With one simple movement, you can evenly tighten or loosen the bottom of the shoe. Pull the knob and you’re free, it’s never been easier to adjust a ski boot.
Thanks to four different injected thermoplastics, this model offers ease of fit combined with precision of support while offering excellent comfort. The liner and shell are preformed and fully thermoformable to ensure a precise fit. The rivetless hull assembly provides rigidity with smooth, progressive flex management.
There's even a choice of cushioning, with two types of insert supplied to be placed under the heel, one soft for better impact absorption, the other rigid for greater precision. To make them even more versatile, the Grip Walk outsole possesses studs to improve grip while walking, while retaining rigid parts to ensure good transmission of effort as well as safety of release in the event of a fall.

- Powerlite Shell: uses different material thicknesses and four types of TPU to offer the ultimate combination of weight and responsiveness.
- Fastfit Instep : Soft TPU used in certain parts of the shell to make it easier to get in and out of the shoe
- The MultiFit Last has been developed in collaboration with Boa to adapt to a wide variety of foot shapes. It measures between 97 and 104 millimetres, eliminating the various width options.
