This special ring consists of a 5.5mm aramid rope with a double sheath for durability and a forged aluminium toggle. This makes it ideal for creating a self-locking knot such as a Prusik to increase safety when rappelling or walking on a rope. One end of the buckle is designed to attach to the harness webbing, while the other end wraps around the rope like a Prusik, then a metal toggle closes it.

The footprint is minimal as no carabiners or harness adjustments are required.
