Description
PRODIGY 1.0

The PRODIGY 1.0 from FACTION is a reference model in the modern versatile park ski segment. Both accessible and powerful, it is ideal for those who want to have fun and progress safely in the snow parks.

With a poplar and ash wood core, it provides excellent flex and pop, while maintaining a high level of alpine performance. This construction is combined with a versatile directional symmetrical shape to be equally at ease in the curves on the piste and in switch in the park. Surfs zones enhance maneuverability and ensure a smooth ride in all conditions. Finally, finishes such as reinforced edges make this a solid and durable model to face the park modules serenely throughout the seasons.

Reference skis for a fun freestyle practice.

PRODIGY 1.0

  • Flex: 7/10
  • Poplar and Ash core: Poplar is a soft, light and resistant wood that offers good flex and pop and good vibration absorption. Ash is a heavier, harder wood that provides more stiffness and durability
  • Symmetrical directional profile: a slightly thinner heel than the tip for more alpine behavior. The tip and heel are always the same height for easy switching
  • XL 2.5 mm edges: 35% thicker than standard edges for perfect durability
  • Surf zones: offers a perfect combination of rocker and spindle shape. The rocker provides lift and maneuverability and the tapered tips move the widest part of the ski towards the center to reduce the risk of snagging
  • Ultra-strong sidewall sandwich construction and anti-chip micro-cap: the sidewalls optimize grip and stability while the top sheet that partially covers the sidewalls protects the bow for added strength
  • Elliptical sidewalls: a longer radius underfoot for quick and easy pivoting; and shorter radii in the front and back for smooth cornering
