Details:

• Ultra-lightweight sheath for minimum weight: ultra-lightweight carabiners are mounted on a thin Dynatec sling to create sheaths that minimize weight. These daisies are suitable for alpine climbing, traditional observation and any other scenario where minimum weight is desirable
• Mounted on 11mm Dynatec to balance low weight and durability: Dynatec is strong and light, allowing thin, flexible webbing to be used to connect carabiners. An 11mm diameter webbing provides a balance between minimum weight and durability, creating lightweight sheaths that can withstand repeated use
• Wiregate carabiners for maximum weight savings: Wiregate carabiners are the lightest type of gate available, and are suitable for traditional, alpine and winter climbing, where minimum weight is desirable. They are less likely to freeze and plug with ice than solid binders, making them ideal for winter and alpine climbing
• Completely clean nose for added safety: a secondary forging process creates a void in the nose of the carabiner that houses the gate notch. This creates a smooth interior profile that prevents snagging on gears, ropes and lanyards. It also means that the nose of the carabiner is wider than the gate, protecting against accidental opening of the gate due to friction on the rock
• I-Beam construction for optimum strength to weight ratio: lighter carabiners without compromising strength. This is achieved by hot forging, a process that allows the metal to be transformed into complex shapes that improve functionality
