Payment by credit card
It is the most common method of payment. You pay when you place your order by Credit Card (Mastercard, Visa, CB). You need to enter your credit card details: the card number, the expiry date, and the CVV (3 digits on the back of the card beside your signature).
How does the credit card payment work ?
When you validate your order, at the payment step, you just need to :
- Select CREDIT CARD,
- Select your Credit Card model.
Then you will be redirected to a safe payment page, where you can enter your card details.
- Validate the payment, which will validate the order,
- You will receive a confirmation email of your order (check in your spams).
In order to protect your personal data, we can ask for a 3D Secure validation (according to your bank it can be : your date of birth, a code sent by SMS, validation of the payment via an app on your mobile phone…).
Payment by PayPal
PayPal is an online payment method, which allows you to pay for your order, receive payments or send and receive money.
PayPal in 3 steps
- Create a free PayPal account,
- Register your credit card details or bank account details,
- Pay for your order with your email address and your PayPal password.
How does the PayPal payment work ?
When you validate your order, at the payment step, you just need to :
- Select PayPal,
Then you will be redirected to the PayPal interface.
- Enter your email address and password,
- Validate the payment, which will validate the order,
- You will receive a confirmation email of your order (check in your spams).
Payment by transfer
Only for orders above 300€
A transfer payment is a money transfer from bank to bank. To request a transfer order to your bank you need our bank details or IBAN.
How does the transfer work ?
When you validate your order, at the payment step, you just need to :
- Select "Transfer"
- Validate your order
Then you will be redirected to the order confirmation page showing your order number and our bank details to process the transfer.
- You will receive a confirmation email (check in your spams). The email also mentions our bank details and your order number
Please indicate your order number as a Comment/Reference of your transfer, in order for us to identify it easily and validate your order as soon as possible.Your order will be on hold until we will receive our payment (your items are booked until the reception of your payment). If we do not receive your payment within 10 days, your order will be automatically cancelled.
Payment by credit store
When you request a return on our website, you can ask for a credit store or a refund.
If you select a credit store, it is edited in your customer account once we receive and process your return. The credit is valid for a year, for any purchase on the website. You can find your credit store in your customer account, in the "coupon/credit" section.
How does the credit store work ?
An Ekosport credit store can fully or partially cover the amount of the order.
when you validate your order, at the payment step just need to :
- Paste the code in the COUPON/CREDIT section and then click on VALIDATE
- Validate your order.
Copy/paste your code, which will avoid you typing mistakes. Pay attention to spaces at the beginning and at the end of the code that are not recognized by the system.
Once the amount of your credit store is deducted, if it does not cover the whole amount of the order, you can choose the method of payment you wish to pay for the rest of your order.
