It's very close to the body, yet allows for plenty of freedom of movement. The front panel as well as the top of the sleeves are covered with a Ripstop nylon that effectively blocks the wind. The fit is perfect and prevents the fabric in the back from flapping in the wind.

To maximize your protection, it has a high collar and tight sleeve hems. Reflective details on the back keep you visible even in the dark.
