At BLIZZARD, we never work on skis to make them just comfortable and let you see the scenery. These are ultra-efficient skis, designed with the best athletes in the business to make you a true powder hound! The SPUR is designed for free-riding.
Count on the SPUR pens' multi-layered wood core to absorb the impact and irregularities of the trail while maintaining maximum inertia. In addition, this process allows - in combination with the Partial Sidewall - a better absorption of shocks and therefore, a reduction of fatigue and shocks on the joints. So you can go downhill after downhill without fear of injury, which can happen so quickly when you test your limits in the field. The double rocker allows you to feel like you're floating on the powder, so you can get the most out of the snow when it's fresh.
Count on a wide skate and the Carbon Flipcore D.R.T for more torsional rigidity and more comfort. You gain precision, even at high speeds!

In 1945, Toni ARNSTEINER manufactured the first Blizzard ski in his carpentry shop at Mittersill in Austria, on his return from the second world war. The Austrian brand has resumed the colours, literally and figuratively, since it has joined Tecnica group. Tecnica group is based in Italy at Giavera Del Montello and the French subsidiary is installed in Annecy le Vieux. Its activity includes equipment for winter sports such as ski, shoes ,footwear Outdoor, after-skiing, snowshoes and Moon Boots. Since it is installed in a new ultra-modern plant shared with Nordica, the Blizzard brand is imposed on all sectors, except freestyle.
