The origin of Haglofs

Haglofs was formed in 1914 by Wiktor Haglof, once a carpenter and the son of a forester. The man believed that hand-made construction was what made something truly good, and even as the brand has grown, it's honoured some of his principles.

The brand has a great deal to boast about its history, and with good reason. Having made outdoor wear for more than one hundred years, even the company's most modernized offerings still sport durability beyond necessity: the company's simpler jackets can survive surprising temperatures and damage, though as a rule, you'll still want to treat these well-crafted items as nicely as if you made them yourself.

Adaptability is important for a brand that grows, and Haglofs has had a lot of time to grow. This means that they've sold over 500 different products in their modern years, and many more all throughout their time. Not bad for a brand with such humble origins.
