Origin of BV Sport
The BV Sport story began in 1989 when two young vascular doctors, one of which was multiple world speed skiing champion, Dr Michael Prufer, decided that they wanted to find a way to improve the performance of top-level athletes. Shortly after, the two young doctors invented and released their new revolutionary compression support sock, designed solely for athletes: the Booster Veins Sport System. Their release was welcomed with immediate success and in the ensuing decades they have continued to innovate and be at the forefront of compression sport wear, working with the world's best athletes such as Zinedine Zidane and Cyril Viennot.Â
