The Asics GEL-KAYANO 29 is a pair of men's running shoes that combines great comfort with optimal support.

This model features a new upper design that keeps feet cool, while the more flexible sole promotes natural movement throughout the running cycle. This technology begins in the heel, with additional flexible grooves that help isolate the initial impact for a smoother feel on landing. Designed for overpronation, for feet with a low to flat foot vote, this model incorporates Dynamic Duomax technology that helps with natural movement, supporting the foot and improving stability for runners whose feet roll inward too much.

The midsole, meanwhile, takes advantage of LITETRUSS technology, which ensures stability and reduces overall weight for a smoother transition from crowd to pulse. This model also adds an Ortholite insole that helps increase comfort.
