    How do I search for an article on the site?                                                  

    In the search bar, search for an article by its name, brand or reference. The menu bar also enables access to articles by category sub-menus and the filters on the left-hand side help you to fine-tune your search.                                           

    Can I reserve articles?                                                                    

    No, you are unable to reserve articles. When you add an article to your basket, it is kept there for a limited period of time before being reoffered for sale.                                  

    How can I know if an article is in stock?                                                      

    All the products available on the site are in stock in our warehouses. When a certain size is no longer available it is shaded grey on the product page; there are different statuses of availability: 

    - In stock: The article is available in large numbers                                                                        

    - Available in the retail outlet: The article is available in the Frontenex shop (there is one retail outlet only, located in Savoy)                                                                                                                                                                             

    - Limited stock: the article is limited in number, few are available.                        

    - Being restocked: the article has been ordered from the supplier and should soon be online again

    - Sold out: the article is definitively sold out                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                

    Shall I receive the same product as the one shown on the photo of the article card?                                                                                                                                

    All photos are contractual. Most photos are taken in our own photo studio.    

    How can I make queries on any product?                                        

    You can telephone our technical advisers at our customer support service or email them or you can call the Ekoach networking group via our online chat support.                

    I saw a promotion price yesterday but it is no longer there today.

    Prices are likely to change from one day to another to fit different e-trade market criteria. We can assure you however that our market positioning is competitive.                                                                                                                                                                

    Are the products guaranteed?                                                                            

    The liability period for manufacturers’ equipment is one, sometimes two years, for their products. So, if you have a problem with your product even if you used it under normal conditions of use, you can claim on the guarantee and make a request from After Sales via your customer account in the “After Sales - Return ” header.                                                                                                                                                                    

    Are spare parts sold on the Ekosport site?

    No, we do not sell spare parts. For any After-Sales request, please make your request via your customer account in the “After Sales - Return ” header.                                                                      

    My size is not displayed on the product details pages; why is that?

    If the size is not displayed that means that it is no longer available.
